Another edition of Forecastle gone by and what a weekend it was!
Oh wow, what a weekend it has been. Waterfront Park saw the conclusion of yet another Forecastle, arguably its best. The bands were bigger and so was the crowd.

"My greatest fear would be dying in a volcano, or like a volcano-incident. Dante’s Peak really messed with me as a kid, so I have an irrational fear of volcanoes."
Amidst all the eccentric behavior at Forecastle, sometimes it’s the simplest things that garner the most attention.

From top to bottom, Forecastle day two had a very strong lineup, and they delivered!
Saturday was a much more comfortable day than Friday—no rain, lots of gain.

"We paint a lot together; we’re husband and wife, of course, so I decided to make something fun and totally different than my normal style and it was going to be like a love letter to her."
Keeping in line with Forecastle’s nautical aesthetic, festival visitors will be treated to a variety of themed performance artists, costumed attendants, and lounging mermaids.
