Neglect on Woodford County farm discovered with the death of many horses, donkey
Sadly many animals were found dead from neglect at a Woodford County, Kentucky farm on Monday. The grisly discovery by authorities found 16 dead horses, a donkey, dogs, cats, and chickens.
