Louisville’s only coal-fired oven makes pizza crust thin and crisp. Coals offers carefully composed 12-inch pies, one to try is the Highlands pizza which is topped with Dream Catcher Farm bacon, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and arugula.
