Coach Cal is very excited about this game, and he let his players know it.
The Greyhounds of Loyola Univeristy Maryland put up a decent fight and trailed by only 6 at the half, but could not keep the momentum going through the second half and fell to the No. 3 Wildcats, 87-63.

Kentucky takes on Loyola today at 1pm (EST)
Two games in one week, both at home; UK takes the opportunity to capitalize on the home court advantage against Loyola as fans just want it over already so the Cats can play Louisville come New Year’s Eve.

The #4 Louisville Cardinals (11-0), somehow found a way to notch a win Tuesday night in the KFC YUM! Center against College of Charleston(9-2), 69-62. Kyle Kuric led the way for the Cards with 19 points and 8 boards. Louisville's record now stands at 11-0, their best start in over 25 years.
In the words of former Arizona Cardinals Coach Dennis Green, "They are who we thought they were," and Tuesday night in the KFC YUM! Center, College of Charleston was just that- who we thought they were.
