It happens when we’re drunk, we all have done it at one point or another, but hopefully you haven’t gotten a citation while doing so.
Though it’s against the law to spill your bladder on city public property or even in the midnight solitude of the streets, it happens.  For some, it happens more frequently than others. In their one season, the Shooters made the playoffs only to forfeit the series, and they only made it three games into the next season before folding. That pretty much sums it up.

Apparently this park makes children really excited because the parking lot was filled with soiled diapers, despite the fact that trash cans are available.
