BodyBoot Camps is a Louisville based outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Their program is designed to make your exercise program fun and energizing. Their mission is to motivate, coach, encourage and educate men and women of every shape, size and fitness level through a non-intimidating, yet tense fitness program that is aimed to change your mind and body. If you’re looking for a change and want to challenge yourself, this is a great boot-camp to attend.
Boot-camps in general are typically held early in the morning or in the evening after work. The Summer Session times for BodyBoot Camps stick those standards; morning sessions can start as early as 5:30 a.m. and the evening sessions start at 6:16 p.m. The Summer Sessions have already started, but there are a few available spots open from now till September 2nd. While coming to BodyBoot Camps at 5:30 a.m. is very early for most, Susan who is a BBC member says that it is now “a form of habit”.
There are various packages for boot-camps and for personal training sessions which can start as low as $25.00 for a week trial in boot-camp. Boot-camps take place outside till September. They are indoors from October-April; held at Ohio Valley Volleyball Center. Personal training sessions can be held in your own home or in one of the local parks.
