(Weekly)New Monday Evening Yoga Classes Led by Yoga Instructor Sarah Ayers Help Increase Strength and Endurance!
Regardless of your sport of choice, you can gain the advantage this fall with Inner Strength Fitness’ new “Yoga for Athletes” class! Officially starting Monday, Sept. 13, class will be held every Monday evening from 7 to 8:15 p.m. at VO2 Multisport, located at 131 St. Matthews Ave. Specially designed for athletes by registered yoga instructor Sarah Ayers, “Yoga for Athletes” is the perfect cross-training program for men and women who are looking to supplement their regular training routine. During each class, participants will be guided through exercises intended to target a variety of muscle groups while strengthening their core, improving overall range of motion and increasing their endurance though specific breathing techniques. Inner Strength Fitness is designed for participants of all sizes and ages. Led by registered yoga instructor and seven year Marine Corps veteran Sarah Ayers, participants will learn to push themselves both physically and mentally using various cardio, weight training and yoga techniques.
