The New Year’s Eve Dinner is a great way to ring in 2010 in style! This lavish menu includes soup selections of chanterelle mushroom cappuccino or honey frappé; an appetizer of sautéed foie gras; caramelized figs; and apple gastrique; and intermezzo of limoncello sorbet. Entrée choices include sautéed scallops, roasted lamb loin or pan roasted filet mignon of beef. The watercress and cheese course is served before the chocolate Amaretto mousse cake decadent dessert. The cost is $150 per person, including tax and gratuity. This includes party favors, wine service only during dinner, live music and dancing, and a midnight champagne toast.
