The Jeff Daniels-penned comedy Escanaba in da Moonlight, about a man, spirits, bucks, and heart comes to Clarksville Little Theatre this weekend.
Escanaba in da Moonlight will take place on Jan. 17, 18, 23, 24, and 25 at 8 p.m. each night. A matinee will happen on Jan. 19 at 2 p.m. All performances are to go on at Clarksville Little Theatre, located at 301 E. Montgomery Ave. in Clarksville, IN.
Tickets for each show are $17 for adults, $14 for seniors 60 and over, $14 for teens 13-18, and $10 for children 6-12. All tickets can be purchased at the door or reserved at the Clarksville Little Theatre website.
Escanaba in da Moonlight is a Jeff Daniels-penned comedy featuring a hunter with a record he doesn't want. He's one of the oldest Soady family members yet to shoot a buck. Deer season has begun again in Michigan, and Reuben Soady needs to go to any length to destroy that dubious honor, including seeing spirits possess family members and others.
Michael Drury directed Escanaba in Da Moonlight, which features cast members Michael Gaither, Gary White, Jerry Prince, Fred Krenke, Eric Sharp, and Ellen Kluesing.
Following Escanaba, Clarksville Little Theatre will present Death of a Salesman. The production will run in March, and auditions will take place this weekend.
