Ethel P. Savage has just inherited several million dollars from her deceased husband. Unfortunately, Ethel's three greedy stepchildren all want a piece of the inheritance, so they arrange to have her put into a sanatorium. In the sanatorium she meets various social misfits, who need the help Mrs. Savage can provide. This heart-warming comedy will leave you feeling that the neglected virtues of kindness and affection have not been entirely lost in a world that seems motivated at times only by greed and dishonesty.
