The inspired sounds and story of a 1930s touring family arrives on the Derby Dinner stage in the form of Southern Crossroads beginning tonight.

All performances will go on at Derby Dinner Playhouse, located at 525 Marriott Drive in Clarksville, IN.

Tickets for each show are $35-$44 per person, depending on the day of show attendance.  All tickets can be purchased at the door, at the Derby Dinner Playhouse website, or by calling Derby Dinner at 812-288-2636.

Southern Crossroads features a musical family traveling throughout the country in the 1930s, bringing along a high-energy Southern jamboree with them. When they arrive at a theatre in Virginia, however, they find it out-of-business and everything closed up.

So what's a musical family to do?  Hold a jamboree anyway.

Bekki Jo Schneider directed the musical, which features Paul Kerr, Elizabeth Loos, Scott Bradley, Scott Anthony, J.R. Stuart, Jillian Prefach, Cary Wiger, Janet Essenpreis, Chris Bryant, Jim Schweickart, and Mark McCulloch.

More information on the show can be found at the Derby Dinner Playhouse website.
