Toast the 137th Kentucky Derby in true Southern style at Equus & Jack’s Lounge’s Mint Julep Dinner on Monday, April 11.
The evening will offer guests the opportunity to try a variety of mixologist Joy Perrine’s mint julep cocktails, each paired with a dish created by chef Charles Frede.
The dinner will begin at 6 p.m. and the cost is $50 per person, plus alcohol, tax and gratuity.
The mint julep cocktail pairings cost an additional $25 per person. Master distiller Chris Morris of Woodford Reserve and bourbon historian Michael Veach of The Filson Historical Society will be in attendance to help Perrine and chef Frede celebrate this favorite Kentucky cocktail.
