This Autumn, Louisville residents can take part in a variety of food and cooking classes from Foxhollow Farm. Foxhollow Farm is dedicated to sustainable and Biodynamic farming offering educational opportunities, public art and farm fresh vegetables and meat to the community. Their website is a great resource as well, offering recipes and information on biodynamic farming.
September 5 - The Art of Pickling
September 12 - Canning Applesauce
September 26 - Fall Tarts with Claudia from Cake Flour
October 3 - Canning Applesauce
October 20 - Fall Gelato from Gelato Gilberto
Classes range from $35-75 with all materials included. Foxhollow Farm also offers arts and craft classes and gardening classes such as Building Your Own Compost Bin, Felting, and Veil Painting.

Foxhollow Farm is located at 8905 Highway 329 in Crestwood, KY. Their farm store is now open for lunch Tuesday-Saturday and Louisville residents may enjoy delicious farm fresh meals while shopping for grass-fed beef, eggs, cheeses, jams, chicken, pork, and lamb as well as soaps and other artisan made products.
