The Head and the Heart has come a long way since they started in the summer of 2009. Josiah Johnson and Jonathan Russel formed the band soon adding Kenny Hensley, Charity Thielen, Tyler Williams, and Chris Zasche to the mix.
This Seattle-based band has opened for Death Cab for Cutie, the Decemberists and My Morning Jacket, and will be at the Forecastle Festival at the Waterfront on Friday July 13 at 6:45 pm on Boom Stage.
