Forecastle Festival attendees: please be aware of construction work and resulting lane closures in anticipation of your journey to Waterfront Park this weekend.

Bridge maintenance work continues on I-65 between the John F. Kennedy Bridge and the Indiana state line. This will be in effect for the duration of the festival, so expect heavy bridge traffic to and from southern Indiana.

As you can see below, traffic moving in both directions will be delayed by ongoing bridge maintenance. One lane is closed between Main Street and the Indiana state line, and there is a width advisory in effect (width is restricted to nine feet). Make sure to plan accordingly to ensure a stress-free festival experience.
