There’s only one place in town you can make holiday cards this unique.
The Museum of the American Printing House for the Blind (APH), located at 1839 Frankfort Avenue, will host a free one-of-a-kind holiday card making workshop entitled “Holiday Card Factory” on Saturday, December 6, from 10:00 a.m. until noon. Using tactile materials, APH staff will guide participants of all ages and abilities as they make unique holiday cards. Families can explore different materials that evoke the spirit of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanza, and add a message in Braille if they so desire. This event is free to the public, but space is limited so registration by December 4 is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
