Who couldn’t use some of the Caribbean’s cool breeze over this scorching weekend? I sure could! Get excited for the most-awaited annual Kentucky Reggae Festival on Memorial Weekend! Beat the heat with musicians ranging from local reggae bands to Canadian Reggae Music Award winner, Lazo and The Radikals. Jam to the steel drummers, tantalize your taste buds with a variety of Caribbean specialties such as Jerk Chicken or Curry Goat, and rummage through the Caribbean market full of vendors from all over the United States. Have a taste of “the flavor of the Islands,” starting Saturday, May 26th at 3pm until Monday, May 28th 7pm at the Water Tower!
Entry is only $7 before 6pm and $10 after. Admission for kids 10 and under, and parking is free. Eight bands along with drummers are lined up for this three-day-fest! There will be plenty of rhythm to dance the heat away! See you all there!
