The Humana Festival begins by putting you on hold with 'The Veri**on Play' [Theater]

Sure, problems with various cell phone providers happen to everyone. But in the first play of the 36th Humana Festival of New American Plays, things take quite a turn. It begins as Jenni innocently calls to complain about a small issue with her phone bill. The situation unravels from there, as her provider ignores the problem and she vows a glorious revenge. Devolving into a satiric spy thriller, the play enacts the righteous justice that most people have longed to see.

Written by Tony-nominated, celebrated playwright Lisa Kron, and directed by Nicholas Martin, The Veri**on Play kicks off the Humana Festival and will run from February 29th to April 1st with preview performances on February 26th and 28th. Single tickets, weekend passes, and even local passes are available to celebrate this and every other production in the festival. Ticketing information can be found at http://actorstheatre.org/humana-festival-of-new-american-plays/ though you should hurry as some shows are already sold out.
