Til Undead Do Us Part

In time for Halloween, a wedding, and murder, of inhumanly proportions are set to take place in Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theatre's Til Undead Do Us Part, which opens tonight.

Til Undead Do Us Part will take place every Friday and Saturday night in October until Oct. 27 starting at 7 p.m.  A brunch show will go on Oct. 14 at 1 p.m.  All shows will be performed at the Hyatt Regency, located downtown at 320 West Jefferson Street.

Tickets, which include the show, dinner, tax, and gratuity, are $45.50 per person.  Group rates are also available. Reservations, which are required, can be purchased by calling the Whodunnit hotline at 502-426-7100.  Private parties can also be booked using the same number.  More information on the show can be found at the Whodunnit website.

When ordering tickets, there will also be dinner options to choose: barbecued salmon, chicken parmesan, or vegetarian jambalaya.  Brunch options include vegetarian jambalaya, chicken parmesan, and a breakfast buffet.

Two famous vampires are set to wed in Til Undead Do Us Part (or It's a Nice Day for a Vampire Wedding).  Everyone is having a good time until murder occurs.  That's where the audience comes in.

Audience members will have the opportunity to interview the wedding participants-turned-suspects.  With each question, the suspects can either tell the truth or evade the question.  The only time they can lie is if they are accused of murder.  That answer will be no.  Audience members will use this information plus clues in the performance to figure out whodunnit.

A.S. Waterman created and directed Til Undead Do Us Part, which features Kaitlin Abel, John Collins, Jason Kurtz, Jeff McQueen, Conrad Newman, Beth Olliges, Kelsi Simpson, Makayla Staudenheimer, and Tom Staudenheimer.

Also, be on the lookout for special local celebrities that may be seen in one or more of the Til Undead shows.

Folliwng Til Undead, Whodunnit will bring forth its holiday show, A Well Timed Christmas Murder.  That show opens in November.
