Make spring 2010 the season you achieve your fitness goals with Inner Strength Fitness’ Downtown Spring Boot Camps! A great way to give your workout routine a boost, this spring personal trainer Sarah Ayers will offer two four-week boot camps. Running from April 12 through May 7, camps will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Great Lawn on the downtown Waterfront. (Participants meet at the corner of Floyd and Witherspoon). For those who prefer working out in the morning, Ayers will host a “Women Only” camp from 6 to 7 a.m. Campers who prefer to sleep in can participate in the “Co-ed” boot camp from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Both boot camps cost $150 per person for four weeks.
