at the Gen. John Breckinridge Castleman statue.

Visitors can expect to find some veteran artists of the event, as well as many newcomers.

You’ll find many different types of art as well as plants and herbs, clothing and many other unique items.

Fair officials add the following guidelines:

For the safety of all patrons, the Art Fair is a pet-free zone. Attendees are asked to leave their pets at home. Also, Art Fair organizers request there be no skateboards, skates or rollerblades, and that cyclists walk their bikes within the Art Fair. Close-in parking for the handicapped is available.

Cherokee Art Fair proceeds benefit the Cherokee Triangle Association and help fund many of their activities including concerts in the park, landscaping and donations to local entities such as the Louisville Public Library and Olmstead Parks Conservancy.

Keep your calendars open for April 24-25 and save a space on your wall or in your house for a new piece of art waiting for you at the Cherokee Triangle Art Fair!
