Kentucky's Top Juniors [High School Sports]

Last week we took a look at the state's top seniors, now it's time to take a look at the state's top juniors. The junior class took a hit over the summer, when Lexington Catholic's Jaylen Beckham decided to transfer to prep school. However, the class still appears to be solid.

1. Tameron Manning - Scott County

Manning has scholarship offers from Akron, eastern Kentucky, James Madison and Marshall.

2. Devon Rowan - North Oldham

Rowan (pictured) is one of the top post players in the state, regardless of class.

3. MeKale McKay - Moore

McKay emerged as a top prospect, after playing well over the summer.

4. Desmond Dorsey - Jeffersontown

Dorsey figures to be a major contributor on a very strong Jeffersontown squad.

5. Charles Foster - Trinity

Foster recently picked up a scholarship offer from eastern Kentucky.

6. Taylor Barnette - Lexington Christian

Barnette is one of the state's top outside shooters.

7. Nathan Dieudonne - Trinity

The 6-foot-6 Dieudonne is one of the 7th Region's top post players.

8. Mike Terry - Fairview

Terry should be one of the 16th Region's top scorers.

9. Isaih Ivey - Scott County

Manning and Ivey should keep Scott County competitive.

10. Matt Day - Buckhorn

Day averaged over 18 points and 10 rebounds per game last season.

11. Jermaine Rutley - North Hardin

12. B.J. Moore - Sheldon Clark

13. Jalen Wesson - Butler

14. Jay Johnson - Wooford County

15. Daniel Ross - Jeffersontown
