KIPDA will also host open houses to provide additonal information and accept comments from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 23 in the KIPDA Conference Room, 11520 Commonwealth Drive in Jeffersontown and from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 23 at the Main Branch of the Louisville Free Public Library, 301 York St., in Louisville. Public comments will also be accepted from residents at the KIPDA table at the Mayor’s Community Conversation beginning at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 15 at Central High School, 1130 W Chestnut St., in Louisville.
