How often does this happen to you? This is your second strip on the subject of TARC, and your second kvetching about their on-time performance. Is on-time performance really the #1 problem with public transit here? Really?

Arriving early, Dave, is not being on time. In fact, as anyone who takes the bus knows, it's even worse than when it's late.
