If you are already itching to get into the holiday spirit, this weekend offers you the chance to skip past Thanksgiving and get your Yuletide greetings kicked into high gear.
The Louisville Ballet unveils their annual open house tonight and Saturday at their space on 315 E. Main Street.
Both days feature a holiday-themed boutique with Nutcrackers, jewelry, ornaments, books and dance-themed items so you can start crossing names off your shopping list.
Friday night, the Ballet will offer a sneak peek at this year’s performance of the Brown-Forman Nutcracker with dancers rehearsing from 6-7pm with light refreshments served afterwards. The practice performance is free to view, but due to limited space, reservations are required. Call (502) 58-DANCE.
The boutique will be open on Saturday and include a bake sale presented by the Louisville Youth Ensemble.
