Please welcome to the stage, ABBA.  The pop group's music is featured in the Broadway Across America production of Mamma Mia, which will begin tomorrow.

Mamma Mia performances will take place on Friday, Feb. 18, at 8 p.m. only, Saturday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 20, at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.  All performances will go on inside Whitney Hall at the Kentucky Center for the Arts, located at 501 West Main Street in downtown Louisville.

Tickets for the 2 hour, 40 minute show range in price from $22.50 to $70.50.  All tickets can be purchased at the Kentucky Center box office, the Kentucky Center website, or by calling 1-800-775-7777.  More information can be found at the Kentucky Center website.

Mamma Mia is a show built to include the music of ABBA, a Swedish pop band that scored many pop hits in the 1970s.  ABBA's music surrounds a story of one daughter who is unsure who her dad is.  Shortly before she is to be wed, the daughter, alongside her mother, travels to the Greek isles in search of her father.

After Mamma Mia, Broadway Across America will present Madagascar Live.  That production will run in Louisville from Mar. 4-6.  More information can be found at the Broadway Across America website.
