Students between the ages of 12 and 19 can practice taking the ACT at the Highlands-Shelby Park Library. A pool party at the LIBRARY?! It’s on the Oldham County Public Library website calendar! The information states that the pool party is for those children who have completed their summer reading program and earned a pool pass.
