  • "Heavy rain is expected at times on Thursday throughout central Kentucky potentially causing some flooding in areas. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for several Kentucky counties, including Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Henry and Shelby, and areas further south and east of Louisville." [Courier-Journal]
