"The unemployment rate in the 13-county Louisville-Southern Indiana metro area was 10 percent in August, up from 9.8 percent in July but down slightly from 10.1 percent a year earlier, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Wednesday." [Courier-Journal]
