"The Transit Authority of River City will begin operating a 'shopper shuttle' on Tuesday that will run between the Walmart on Bashford Manor Lane and Oxmoor Center. The shuttle will operate only on Tuesdays and is intended to restore at least part of the service that was cut when TARC discontinued Route No. 58 on June 6 as part of a budget-tightening move."
