empty space @ 4th street live!

Well, it looks like wig shops are pretty recession proof based on how many frickin wig shops are on 4th street. Maybe they should use that space for one more really big wig shop. Then Louisville can say something like,"in Louisville we have the most wig shops in the heart of the city within walking distance compared to most cities. We've got you covered." No pun intended... Who could resist that prime-time shopping opportunity?
