But the high court hasn't issued a response or set a hearing on the motion." [Courier-Journal]
  • "Sarah Palin brought faith, personal anecdotes and tea party politics to a gospel-music convention at Freedom Hall on Thursday, telling a cheering crowd of thousands 'we can take our country back' in the November elections. Palin mixed in calls for the nation to 'turn back to God' and for voters to turn out in November, applauding the victors in the most recent primaries this week." [Courier-Journal]
  • "The long-vacant Showcase Cinemas are being prepared to be demolished.
