  • "One day after traffic backups marred the first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Kentucky Speedway, track officials apologized for the problem and promised it would not be repeated. Speedway officials also said Sunday that they would decide within a week how they will deal with ticketholders who missed the Quaker State 400 because of heavy traffic or full parking lots."
