A daily meditation is the key to serenity. All beginners and established practioners are welcome. This will be a progressive series of universal mindfulness and meditation that crosses boundaries of cultures and religions. We will practice meditation as a group and upon completion you will have the proper tools to continue individual meditation. The class will include meditation as well as text based discussion. Optional reading assignments will be suggested at first class. Classes will be on Sundays from Nov. 8-Dec. 13 from 5:00-6:30pm at the Jewish Community Center (JCC), 3600 Dutchmans Lane.
