Monday is without a doubt the worst day of the week. You just got a couple days of fun, relaxation, and maybe getting to catch up on some sleep or that show on Netflix you started. The last thing you want to do is get up for work or school on Monday morning, but it doesn’t have to be all bad though! Louisville is lucky to have a plethora of Mexican restaurants that not only have great food, but they also offer great deals on their Margaritas! Don’t let Mondays get you down; start looking forward to some of these after work treats on Margarita Monday:
