On Thursday, March 4 from 5 to 9 p.m., the Bristol Bar and Grille is kicking off its Viva Chile: Wine and Food Nights with a visit from Chilean wine expert Juan Carlos Galvis at the Jeffersonville location. Galvis has extensive global experience in the wine and spirits industry and will be available to answer questions from guests about Chilean wines. A special menu of Chilean specialties and a wine list selected by Master Sommelier Scott Harper will be available during Viva Chile: Wine and Food Nights, and the celebration of wine and cuisine continues at the Jeffersonville location through Saturday, March 6.
