The Monkey Wrench has enjoyed lots of buzz over the past few months with a new team in the kitchen (Dustin Staggers as executive chef and Jose Ivaldy as chef de cuisine) and they're introducing a new brunch menu this Sunday:
In keeping with the restaurant's contemporary hillbilly vibe, the menu includes items like Bourbon Sourdough French Toast (four slices thick-cut sourdough, bourbon and sorghum syrup, and vanilla and orange zest whipped cream) and BBQ Shrimp and Grits (blackened shrimp, BBC Bourbon Barrel Stout, Creole cream, Worcestershire, charred green onions, Kenny's White Cheddar Weisenberger Grits).
The new brunch at Monkey Wrench begins this Sunday, February 9 from 10 a.m. -3 p.m. There will be a bottomless build-your-own Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar, so you can get a buzz along with your breakfast. Can't wait!
