Louisville Ballet is returning The Nutcracker back to the stage in time for Christmas.  The Nutcracker features a girl who receives a nutcracker, carved like a person, for Christmas.  The girl will soon find herself literally shrinking into a world that includes a mouse king and a handsome prince.

Following Nutcracker, the Louisville Ballet will present Coppelia.  The production will take place in March 2011.  More information on other holiday shows can be found in this link.
