Jeffersontown Optimist Club sponsors an Oratorical Scholarship Contest each year.  Students under 19 years old by the end of 12/31/10 are eligible to participate.  Hand in your 4-5 minute speech on or before March 31 then participate in the contest held on Monday, April 11 at 6PM.  Contact the Chairperson for an application:  optimistmrsminn@hotmail.com
