at The Brennan House Historic Home
Come marvel at the beauty of The Brennan House Historic Home during Victorian Holiday Tours hosted by Preservation Louisville, Inc., December 19 and 20. Become transported to a time when horse-drawn carriages clip-clopped their way around downtown Louisville. When the stage of the old Macauley's on Walnut played host to some of the country's finest artists. When Fifth Street was lined with homes reflecting the grace and ease of the times. Today, the Brennan House remains virtually untouched since the Victorian era. Join us for music and refreshments and experience the warmth of the holiday season in an authentic keepsake of the 19th century.

Built in 1868, The Brennan House is a Victorian mansion in downtown Louisville filled with an entirely original family collection. The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a designated local landmark. The building is the headquarters of Preservation Louisville, Inc., a charitable non-profit organization.
As Metro Louisville’s citywide non-profit historic preservation organization, Preservation Louisville works in partnership with local, state and national organizations to promote the preservation of our community’s historic resources through education and advocacy.
