Flying Cross Farm will host the second mini horse trial, the “BIG” Mini Trial, of the 2012 Fleur De Lis Mini Trial Series on June 17.
The divisions offered are as follows:
Baby Starter - Dressage test is 2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A with optional trot substituted for canter, tests can be read. Fences are 18”, pole on ground in cross country with option of jumping some starter fences, no time limit.
Jr/Sr Starter - Dressage test 2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A, tests can be read. Show jumping and cross country fences will be 2’-2’3” with option of jumping some beginner novice jumps, no time limit.
Jr/Sr Beginner Novice - Dressage test is 2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B. Show jumping and cross country fences will be 2’3”-2’6”, no time limit.
Novice - Dressage test is 2010 USEF Novice Test B. You will have the option of jumping some training fences.
Training - Dressage test is 2010 USEF Training Test B. You will have the option of jumping some preliminary fences.
An extra senior division is being offered for free (45 years or older). More information for this on entry form.

All dressage tests ridden in a small arena. Informal attire, polos and half chaps are acceptable. Dressage starts at 8 am, followed by Show Jumping, with Cross Country following your Stadium Jumping round. Schooling is available until June 16.
Entry fees are as follows: Baby Starter-Beginner Novice 42FDL members - $115, nonmembers - $125; Novice-Training - $145. Make checks payable to FCF, LLC and mail to Mary Lowry, 326 Maple Ave., Peewee Valley, KY 40056. Entries are limited and must be in hand by show secretary by June 13. No refunds or scratches after noon on June 13. Refunds minus $35 before noon of June 13. Ride times will be available on June 13 and will be posted on the Flying Cross website here.
Stalls are available at Alta Vista Farm for $25 per night.
