The most glorious words you can hear in the morning? In my opinion, they are these: "Would you like a Bloody Mary?" This question is always a lovely one, but is especially welcome on New Year's Day.

Seviche is extending not only the opportunity for a great Bloody Mary on New Year's Day, but a great custom Bloody Mary on New Year's Day! Does it get any better? There will be four different house-made mixers (including wasabi ginger, yellow tomato, tomatillo and horseradish habanero), house-made pickled vegetables, assorted olives and hot sauces. You can also add poached shrimp to your drink for an extra $2 to really complete this breakfast in a beverage. 

Speaking of which - I suppose I should mention that there will also be food offered to accompany these yummy "hair of the dog" elixirs. Seviche is offering a buffet style brunch that sounds nothing short of amazing. The long list of items contains many choices for both vegetarians and meat eaters, including Puerto Rican Roast Pork, Green Chili Potato Egg Casserole, Maple Pecan Bourbon French Toast and Chorizo Manchego Grits.

This delicious sounding array of offerings will be available on January 1 only, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. The buffet is $23 per person and drinks from the Bloody Mary bar are $7 each. Making a reservation is recommended (473-8560). Nurse your hangover in the most classy way possible - Cheers!
