If Forecastle's not your thing, flee the madness and  enjoy the solitude of stars. This Saturday evening, Blackacre Conservancyb is hosting an evening of stargazing at their nature center.

The Louisville Astronomical Society is predicting cool weather and clear skies to view the likes of Saturn, Venus and Mars. Scopes are provided and there will be a discussion before the event on the impact of light on the night sky.

The event starts at 9 pm and you must RSVP by calling (502) 266-9802 or e-mail info@blackacreconservancy.org.
