See some of Louisville's most talented entertainers and help a person battling brain cancer with The Blair Wish Project, which happens on Sunday.
Bryce Blair could possibly be one of the more active members of the Louisville theatre community. He has directed well-reviewed plays for the YMCA of Southern Indiana and worked with Dancesensation Studios, among other activities.
Recently, though, Blair has been sidelined due to a battle with brain cancer. Blair has been weakened significantly since having brain surgery but has been in rehab. Friend Janet Morris said that Blair "is determined to beat it."
However, Blair's medical costs are rising. Blair does not have insurance on his own. He is on his parent's insurance, but the co-pays are unaffordable for the family.
Enter The Blair Wish Project. The Blair Wish Project will feature many of Louisville's talented thespians and entertainers doing what they do best in front of an audience and judges they aim to please. Expect a lot of hilarity, a lot of singing, and plenty of fun during this evening, which is July 7 from 7 p.m.-10 p.m.
Clarksville Little Theatre will host the event, and the theatre's address is 301 E. Montgomery in Clarksville, IN. Donations are appreciated and will be taken during the event. A silent auction will also occur with proceeds going to help Blair's medical costs.
