Butterflies at Bernheim
In late summer, hundreds of monarch butterflies can be seen adding beauty and grace to our skies and landscape. They also offer mystery. Why do they migrate? What route do they take? Participants will capture, tag and release monarchs and partner with the University of Kansas to help scientists explore these and other questions. This delightful program is about the natural world and designed especially for Older, Wiser and Livelier Seniors (O.W.L.S.)
