I havent been able to find a regional carrier but here is a good tip. Check the price on Delta for Louisville to Atlanta and you'll find an incredibly high ticket price. Next check the price for a flight from Louisville to Birminham (The flight stops in Atlanta). Last I checked Louisville to Atlanta was about $600 bucks. Louisville to Birmingham with a layover in Atlanta was $130 ... no kidding! I bought the Bham ticket, carried on my bag and got off in Atlanta
