One of the best places I know to eat is Fire Fresh BBQ in Shelbyville, Ky. The resturant is a family enviroment. You will find the regulars of pulled pork and pulled chicken but the menu has been extended to Open Faced Roast Beef, Pork Chop Dinner, Chicken Tenders, and on Friday they have fresh Islandic Cod filleted, battered, and fried. It is outstanding. The drive from Louisville is about 20 mins. If you come in on Highway 60 (Shelbyville Rd) the drive is so beautiful with the horse farms.Relaxing view to drive to Shelbyville and relaxing, great food at Fire Fresh. It is definitely worth the drive!
