Are you anxious about your baby starting solid food? You can have your worries eased and your questions answered this Saturday, March 16 at a class tailored just for this discussion at Mama's Hip. The class, "Starting Solids," is scheduled for 9am-10am.
I remember when my 19 month-old was starting to ease toward this milestone, and although I have another child who is much older, I seemed to have forgotten all about this young toddlerism. Still to this day I worry about choking. Wish I had been able to attend a class such as this one to help me relax!
Some questions that will be investigated are:
Is my baby ready to eat solids? When and how do I know? What are the best foods/ways to start feeding my baby? Topics that will be covered are Baby Led Weaning and signs of readiness, among many more.
This class will be led by a certified holistic health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
There are many opinions to explore out there, and if you're in the market for some good, solid advice, think about attending this class. The cost is $15.00 and you can register here.
