By the time I got to the car this morning, I couldn’t feel the top of my nose or the tips of my fingers. While I waited for my car to warm to an acceptable temperature, I looked back at the house and was glad that my family, including my dog, was safe and warm inside. However, not all pet parents have the option to leave their outdoor animals inside during the day.
