The second night of Waterfront Fashion Week was filled with fabulous fashion from local boutiques, emerging designers and featured designer, Molly Stevens. Crush Boutique, Les Filles and ADEDGE PERFORMANCE shows went first, then there was a short intermission.
The emerging designers, Becca Reynolds, Meg Cambron and Edina Ndebele showed their talent, and looked far from emerging. Each emerging designer had their own unique style, including something everyone could incorporate into their wardrobe.
Featured designer, Molly Stevens was the last show of the night. Her designs were bright with bold patterns, and the pieces could easily be transitioned from day to night. A blazer would make the chic dresses work appropriate, while adding a bold necklace and pumps make it weekend ready.
The designs throughout the shows varied from fall to spring, winter to summer. In addition, the makeover contestants were announced. These deserving women have dealt with struggles, and decided to do this for themselves. Their makeovers will be revealed tonight, October 19.
If you have not made it out to Waterfront Fashion Week yet, there is still a lot left. The makeover results, emerging designer winner and model contest winner will be determined in the last two nights.
Purchase a single ticket online for $75 and $125 for a VIP ticket. Tickets are being sold at the door, but are more expensive. For more information about the events, visit Waterfrontfashionweek.com.
